Ball Combo

This is a combination exercise. It starts with a row and then it moves into and overhead press. We are firing up all the muscles of the upper back and shoulders in this one. It won't take too many for you to feel this.

See if you can get 6-10 good ones.

Remember soft shoulders and keep your neck neutral.
