Beginner Introductory Classes
Beginner Intro. Classes are offered every Monday Morning at 10:30 and
Tuesday evening at 5:30.
We absolutely love to introduce people to Pilates for the first time!
We typically recommend 1-3 intro sessions to explain the principals of Pilates and get you acquainted with the Reformer.
Just get your first one scheduled (below) and we will help you decide on the remaining sessions. If these times and dates don’t work with your schedule, please see our Private Introductory option.
