Prone Muscle Activation

Using neuromuscular activation techniques in this video, we will increase the range of rotation in your neck.

The floor is going to give us resistance.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You will be laying with your head turned to the side.

    • If you can't get your ear down to the floor, grab a pillow.

  2. Try to get your head level - (not chin lower than forehead).

  • Remember this is just a gentle amount of pressure, like a 3/10 if 10 was the highest.
