Tuscan leg workout with Hot Air Balloons
I love getting the glutes and hamstrings in standing leg work. This is a great way to really connect with those muscles and also work on mobility. This workout has the added bonus of the beautiful Tuscan sunrise and the special surprises of the hot air balloons that showed up for us every morning in the valley. The video doesn't do them justice, so stay tuned for a couple of still photos at the end.
