Day 13-One Leg Kick
The one leg kick looks easy. Imagine a child on the floor just kicking their legs up in the air. Remember when it was not big deal to read a book propped up on your elbows. Things change, unfortunately. This exercise stretches the front of the body. It can be felt in the shoulders, hips and quads. You have to press the shoulders away from the ears to create your tripod. It does feel better the more you do.
