Day 15- Neck Pull
The neck pull starts in a position of length of the hamstrings as you sit with the legs outstretched on the floor. We first practice the forward rolling part to show how it lengthens the muscles of the spine.
Then we get into the abdominal strength required to roll from the ground with your hands behind your head. The weight of the arms add a "longer lever" which is a significant added challenge. Option one might be better for some people.
