Day 29 Boomerang
It's a rollover, with a teaser, with a forward flexion, spinal articulation, AND arm mobility! OH my! What isn't in this move? Break it down into the pieces we have already done and it becomes manageable. Maybe you just want to work on the forward flexion and arm mobility. Maybe you work on the teaser part of it?? Maybe you keep working the rollover- but this time your legs are crossed. So many options. Or put it ALL together into the BOOMERANG!
