Foam Rolling Calf Muscles

The calf muscles are your gastocnemius and your soleus. I take you though two techniques using either a foam roller or a soft ball to help release your calves. Tight calf muscles can effect you all the way up into your hips and all the way down into your feet. Please take the time to release those soft tissues.
