Lateral Scapular Border Foam Rolling
This exercise will require your foam roller again.
We are going to do some facial release on the outsides of you shoulder blades. We call the outsides "lateral."
INSTRUCTIONS:
As you lay on the foam roller, you will be rolling to the space just below your armpit were your shoulder blade ends.
There may be a few surprises waiting for you there. It might be a little crunchy. You may have had no idea that you needed some massage work there. Follow along slowly and you will squeeze all the goodness out of this exercise.
