After watching 100's of people perform these, I can say that this seems to be a challenging exercise for most people. That is, if you are performing it correctly.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Stretch your arms and legs out.

  2. Keep the shoulders soft and gently down.

  3. Engage your abs, lifting your belly button to your back bone.

  4. Alternate the opposite arm and leg lifting. While doing this, try to keep your body from rocking.

REPS:

  • Shoot for about 10 total, 5 each side.

  • If you can work up to 10 each side with good form you will be in an elite crowd!
