Swimmers 2

This variation is harder.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. The difference between this and the first one is that you start with your ARMS AND LEGS OFF THE FLOOR, so you are in "superman" position.

  2. Then you TAP the alternating arm and leg down to the floor.

  • It takes much more strength to hold everything up the whole time.

  • Alternate position: Just holding the superman position is another good place to start. Try to keep your eye gaze down to your mat so you don't crane your neck.

REPS:

  • Try to do 10. That's 5 taps on each side.
