Day 34-Push Up
The Push Up is another great opportunity to work on wrist strength- as you support your body weight on those hands. It is also great for strengthening the shoulders as you slightly protract or round the shoulders and spread the shoulder blades. Joseph also added the challenge of walking out into your push up position- which involves a forward bend that lengthens and flexes the spine. (Oh, and stretches the hamstrings) As with all the exercises, the individual parts are valuable on their own, so feel free to break it into pieces.
