Quadruped (on all 4s) Arm Mobility

In this exercise, as we move the arm, we are allowing the shoulder blade to glide on the back.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Try to raise that arm to shoulder level.

    • The more rolled forward your shoulder blades are, the more difficult it will be to raise your arm that high.

    • Keep with it. IT WILL GET BETTER!!
