Lateral Flexion Over Foam Roller

Going back to the search of more mobility in the thoracic spine....we are now going to work into a side bend or lateral flexion to seek that mobility.

The foam roller is a nice way to seek this movement. This one isn't bad.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Keep your feet planted and scoop your pelvis as much as possible. You are trying to anchor your bottom end as you work the top end. Enjoy this one and stretch those lats while you are at it.
