Chin Tuck

The Chin tuck is a nice exercise to help lengthen the levator scapulae muscle and pull the head back into neutral alignment.

Did you know that your notch on top of your collar bone and the hole in your ear are supposed to line up? Many of us have forward head placement. So the ear is way ahead of the collar bone notch.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Keeping the chin level (this is the tricky part.)

  • Pretend you have a little hammock under the base of your skull. That will help you lift from the correct area.
