Front Raise with Band
This one is an opportunity to use your core to stabilize- so draw in that TA- Transversus .Abdominus by pulling the belly button to your back bone. Your shoulder blades will slide down your back as you lift your arms and then they shoulder blades will glide back up as your arms go down. See if you can connect with that moment of the shoulder blades. Visualize it.
