Full Cobra
There are 3 major things we accomplish with this stretch:
We are opening up the front of the body that gets compressed when we hunch forward.
It also requires strength of the shoulder stabilizer muscles to keep our shoulders down out of the ears.
Finally, it stretches the front of the hips (hip flexors) which also tend to get tight when we sit.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Hold it with your head up, not out, and try to increase your duration of time.
