Military Press Over Ball

This one is like doing the some of the arm exercises we have done on the wall, but with gravity challenging us . So we first have the challenge of bringing our elbows and wrists to the same level out to our sides. Then the shoulders are working to lift the arms up. This works the lower and middle traps and the serratus.
