Thoracic Extension 3

This is the most difficult variation of the Thoracic Extension. In this one, we add the weight of our arms. You might not think they are very heavy, but after trying this, you might change your mind.

We call this a "longer lever.” In other words, we add weight at the top to increase the intensity.

You might find that you can not get up nearly as far as you did on versions 1, and 2. That is to be expected.
