Thoracic Rotation in Quadraped
We are seeking mobility in the thoracic spine to re-align the natural curves.
When an area gets stuck in one plane of motion, it helps to move it in a different plane. So this rotation exercise is a beautiful one to help regain some of that mobility. It feels amazing too!
REPS:
Do about 5-7 on each side.
