Pec Stretch on Floor

  • When we take the arm straight out to the side, we get the middle pecs.

  • When we take the arm up at a 45 degree angle, we get the lower pecs.

  • When we take the arm down at a 45 degree angle, we get the upper pecs.

My middle ones are the tightest. I bet yours are too.
