Upper Trap Stretch
We often allow our upper trapezius muscles to overwork. They elevate our shoulders up and when we are tense, we hold them there.
In my classes, I constantly cue, "relax your shoulders". You might begin to softly whisper that to yourself when you are working.
DIRECTIONS:
As you work though this stretch, just remember to melt the shoulder down.
